Satellites, shmatellites. There’s a way better way to win your $2,650 Venom seat. With Cyclones, you can fast-fold your way to a Venom ticket without having to blow through a giant field.

Cyclones are essentially Blitz Poker Step tournaments, but with a sweet twist. There are 7 Cyclone Steps. To move to the next Step, just hit 5,000 chips. Conquer Step 7 and score that coveted Venom ticket. Here’s how it all breaks down:

1) Enter a Cyclone at any Step. There are 7 in all, with Step 1 costing just $0.25.
2) Receive your starting chips after paying the buy-in. Step 1 gets you 697 starting chips, but each Step comes with more starting chips than the Step before.
3) Play Blitz Poker like normal.
4) Keep going until stack your way to 5,000 chips.
5) At the 5,000-chip target, receive your ticket to the next Step.
6) Once again, work your way to a 5,000 chip stack and score your ticket to the next Step.
7) Do it over and over again until you reach Step 7, get 5,000 chips, and win that $2,60 Venom ticket.

It’s even more impressive. When you play a Cyclone, you can take a break and come back later to the exact chip stack you had before you called it quits. For example, if you’re sitting on 3,000 chips in Step 5 and you need a break, take it. When you come back, your 3,000 chips will be waiting for you.
